ABOUT LACI
My name is Laci Ferno, and I am a 19-year-old open-wheel racecar driver from Mooresville, NC. I began my racing career in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the sport. In my first season, I was able to secure my first win in just my 14th start. Currently, Lat season I competed on a weekly basis at Millbridge Speedway in the #67 Micro Sprint and have also made two POWRi midget starts with Mounce/Stout Racing. I am dedicated to continually improving my skills and am excited for the opportunities that the future holds for my racing career. This season, I'll be racing part-time with Abacus Racing's groundbreaking women's development team. Our aim is to have an all-women run team by 2025. When I'm not racing, I run an organization called "RIPPIN' FOR A CURE." This organization was established in honor of my father, and its goal is to raise awareness of heart disease in both the racing community and our local community.
I appreciate all the opportunities I have received and am thankful for all of the support.
